We're hosting a Volunteer Training Day at The Millwald on Thursday, August 13, starting at 6 PM and running about 90 minutes. The goal is simple: we want every volunteer to feel ready and confident before they show up for their first shift, so this training covers everything you need to know ahead of time. This is for our current volunteers and anyone considering joining the team.

Here's what to expect:

• A quick look at The Millwald's history

• A full tour of the theatre

• Hands-on training in our core volunteer roles, including ushering and seating patrons, greeting and ticket scanning, and Ghost Light Bourbon Bar ushering

• A brief overview of a few additional roles, including concessions, merchandise, and VIP Booth management

Popcorn and drinks will be provided.
