Common Questions

What is a ticket exchange?
Life happens. Ticket exchanges let you swap a performance you can't make for another show of the same tier — subject to availability. The Playbill Pass includes 1 exchange, the Mainstage Pass includes 3, and the Season Spotlight includes 5.
Can I choose which shows I attend?
Yes! Once your subscription is confirmed, you'll select your specific dates from the shows listed in each tier. You're not locked into a set schedule — you pick what works for you.
When exactly does early access open?
Subscriber pre-ordering opens on April 28. General on-sale follows on April 30 at 10 AM. Buying a subscription before April 28 guarantees your early-access window.
How does the 15% savings work?
The savings are built into your subscription price — you don't need a code or coupon. The per-ticket price across your pass is automatically 15% less than regular box office pricing.
Can I buy multiple subscriptions or give one as a gift?
