Ticket Donation Request

Where art belongs to everyone

The Millwald is glad to support local nonprofits, schools, civic groups, and community fundraisers with complimentary ticket donations when we're able. To keep the process fair and consistent, all requests go through the form below — we're not able to process requests made by phone, social media message, or in person.

Who typically qualifies

501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
Public or private schools
Government or civic organizations
Recognized churches and community organizations

Priority is given to organizations serving Wythe County, Bland County, and the surrounding Southwest Virginia community. Requests from outside the region are still welcome and considered as availability allows.

What to know before you apply

Please submit requests at least 30 days before your event whenever possible.
Donations are typically two complimentary tickets per request.
We're able to consider one donation per organization, per calendar year, outside of special exceptions.
Tickets are subject to availability and may exclude sold-out or high-demand shows, rentals, and certain contracted events.
Donated tickets have no cash value — they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or sold, and are intended for use as an auction item, raffle prize, or door prize.
Each donation is tied to a specific show or has a clearly stated redemption deadline.
A past donation does not guarantee a future one.

Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis. Because of the volume of requests we receive, we're not able to guarantee approval or respond to every submission individually if a request can't be accommodated. Approved donations will be confirmed by email with pickup or redemption instructions.
