The Ghost Light welcomes you to Cocktails for Friends & Lovers. On Friday, February 20, float in between 8–11pm,

Behind the bar, we’ll be joined by Certified Pour. Jessica and Brenton Underwood (the very charming real-life couple behind the name) will be hosting a bespoke cocktail experience that unfolds at its own pace.

You’ll be greeted with a welcome pour of champagne and a few thoughtfully prepared nibbles. From there, the evening is yours to ease into.

Early on, you and your cohort will fill out a brief questionnaire to give the bartenders a sense of your tastes, tendencies, and general disposition. Jessica and Brenton will use your answers to build a custom flight of mini cocktails for the two of you to enjoy together. As your flight is delivered, they’ll talk you through each choice, why it works and how small decisions can transform a cocktail.

Each drink will feature house made syrups and garnishes crafted with local herbs. Mocktails will be available if you prefer.

Come with your partner or your favorite person. This experience is designed for pairs.
